    Our growing criminal defense law firm is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to direct our ongoing efforts to retain and help as many clients as we can. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to promote the firm’s brand and services effectively both online and offline. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in developing relationships with referral partners, enhancing community presence, and supporting the firm's overall growth initiatives. Responsibilities: Networking and Relationship Building • Identify, organize, and attend networking events, bar association meetings, community gatherings, and legal conferences. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, such as other attorneys, bail bond companies, and service providers. Event Planning and Outreach • Plan, coordinate, and attend firm-sponsored events, seminars, and community activities. • Coordinate speaking engagements and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility. Content Creation and Management • Assist in drafting and managing content for newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and attorney bios. • Ensure consistent messaging across all content platforms and materials. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management • Manage the firm’s social media accounts and online directories. • Liaise with the firm’s Digital Marketing Company to provide support for all digital marketing initiatives. • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics, reporting on performance and adjusting strategies as needed. Reputation and Referral Management • Implement and oversee client review strategies across major platforms (Google, Avvo, etc.). • Monitor and manage the firm’s online reputation, responding professionally to feedback. Marketing Materials and Advertising Support • Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, business cards, and branded promotional items. • Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, both online and traditional. Internal Collaboration • Work closely with attorneys to highlight firm successes, case results, awards, and community involvement. • Provide training and support to attorneys on personal branding, networking techniques, and social media presence. Market Research and Competitive Analysis • Conduct ongoing research on competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation. • Stay informed about changes in criminal law that may impact marketing strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a proven ability to build relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with digital marketing tools • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Verifiable referencesTo be considered for this position, candidates must complete the DISC assessment, which becomes available upon resume submissionThis is a fully on-site, in-person position. Compensation: $53,000 - $57,000 yearly
