Alisme Law LLC is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Marketing Specialist who understands that real marketing results come from precision, consistency, analytics, and leadership-minded ownership. You will work closely with firm leadership to create, execute, and optimize digital strategy, improve SEO performance, strengthen brand authority, and attract high-quality business litigation clients. We are looking for someone with a foundational background in SEO training and digital growth strategy, someone who understands keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, analytics tracking, and performance metrics, and who can connect strategy to measurable outcomes. This role requires leadership qualities. While you may not directly manage a team, you must demonstrate initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to take ownership of projects from execution through analysis. Responsibilities: • Create and execute the firm’s marketing strategy across digital platforms with an emphasis on SEO growth and measurable lead generation. • Collaborate with leadership to refine content strategy based on analytics and client targeting. • Maintain and update the firm’s website (WordPress experience preferred). • Manage and enhance the firm’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels. • Edit and post video content to support authority positioning and brand visibility. • Implement digital targeting strategies to attract qualified business litigation clients. • Ensure brand voice consistency and alignment with the firm’s ideal client profile. • Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data. • Track marketing deliverables, deadlines, and measurable outcomes. • Demonstrate leadership by proactively identifying growth opportunities and owning solutions. Social Media Management • Creative design for social media and related marketing campaigns • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms • Manage content calendars using social media management tools • Curate, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals • Monitor engagement and foster community growth • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics Website Maintenance • Update website content regularly (news, project updates, team profiles, etc.) • Ensure website functionality, accuracy, and SEO best practices • Collaborate with developers or external agencies for technical fixes or enhancements • Monitor site analytics and user behavior to inform improvements Analytics & Reporting • Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements • Stay updated on SEO, algorithm developments, and digital marketing trends • Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page SEO best practices. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms. • Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with firm voice, positioning, and SEO strategy.
