Responsibilities:

Analyze medical records and provide expert insights on healthcare issues related to legal cases.

Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies based on clinical evidence.

Prepare detailed reports summarizing medical findings and their relevance to cases.

Assist in the preparation of trial materials and witness preparation.

Conduct research on medical literature to support case arguments.

Stay updated on current healthcare laws and regulations affecting legal cases.

Facilitate communication between legal and medical professionals to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Florida.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant specialty.

Certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC) is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in medical documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in legal terminology and medical practices.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
