About the Role:
Immigrants First PLLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager to join our team in Manassas, VA. Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize daily legal operations to ensure efficiency across all practice areas
Manage case management systems, workflows, and legal technology platforms
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless case progression
Monitor compliance with legal procedures, deadlines, and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office resources
Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports for firm leadership
Support onboarding, training, and performance management of legal support staff
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in legal operations, law firm management, or a related role
Familiarity with immigration law processes and case management is strongly preferred
Proficiency in legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish) a significant plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive process improvements
High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
