Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing status updates • Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from post-intake through settlement • Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, liens, and related documentation • Coordinate medical treatment with providers and assist clients with scheduling and follow-ups • Draft and send correspondence to clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding records, and ensure the timely progression of cases • Prepare case summaries and assist attorneys with settlement demands and negotiations • Maintain accurate, organized case files in the firm's case management system • Identify issues or delays in cases and proactively escalate them to the attorney • Ensure the clients receive excellent service and feel supported throughout their entire case • Assist with settlement processing, including lien resolution support and client follow-up • Collaborate well with team members to meet firm productivity and client care standards Qualifications: • Possesses exceptional organizational skills as well as effective communication skills, both written and oral • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software • Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research is vital • Be a self-starter and able to effectively manage multiple matters at once • Previous case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as paralegal, legal secretary, or legal clerk at a personal injury law firm. [At least 5+ years] • Bilingual (Spanish and English) • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well with other members of your team Compensation: $30 - $36 hourly
