Temp, Temp to Hire  Paralegal with transactional, commercial real estate, and corporate experience

This is a small law firm in Raleigh, NC

    ON-SITE POSITION IN RALEIGH

    NO REMOTE OR HYBRID options

    Vaccination required

 $42,000 TO $45,000 salary if hired by the firm

 8:30 TO 5 PM, M-F ;  no OT expected

 VACCINATION REQUIRED

Immediate need for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant who is capable and experienced with both administrative skills, and have some paralegal experience.   Must be willing to do admin work as well as Paralegal work.

Ideal candidate has some commercial real estate, title examination, and business and corporate law experience (preparation of resolutions, articles of incorporation or organization of LLCs, incumbency certificates and other transaction closing tasks), excellent MSOffice Suite experience (Excel, Word, Adobe, PP, Outlook)

The firm will provide training to a candidate who is bright, fast-learning, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills
