Location: Hackensack, New Jersey
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote

Are you a detail-driven legal support professional looking to grow within a top-tier law firm? Our client is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join their Hackensack office. This hybrid role supports a collaborative group of attorneys across multiple practice areas, including Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate, and Trusts & Estates.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Support multiple attorneys with calendar management, travel, and client coordination
Maintain legal files and enter time/billing using iManage and InTapp systems
Manage high volumes of tasks with precision and professionalism
Qualifications
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in legal administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InTapp, and ideally iManage
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Experience supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment
