About the Role As the Client Services Coordinator, you will help keep the front end of the office running smoothly and professionally. You will greet clients, handle and route incoming phone calls, manage voicemail, coordinate with our overflow answering service, support document signing appointments, take payments, assist with office setup and conference room reset, and help with data entry and light administrative work. This is not a passive front-desk role where someone simply answers phones and sits behind a desk.
