The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires multitasking across administrative, client-facing, and light legal support duties.
** Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
* Schedule client consultations, meetings, and court dates.
* Assist walk-in clients with inquiries and paperwork.
* Draft basic real estate documents (e.g., deeds, purchase agreements, closing statements).
* Help track client payments and outstanding balances.
