We are looking for an experienced Legal Record Clerk whose main function would be to gather records and bills from medical providers. Assisting with inbound calls would be required. Responsibilities: • Obtain records/ bills from medical providers • Answer inbound calls as needed • Coordinate with team on subrogation liens • Utilize software to sort/ file records/ bills Qualifications: • Prior experience working in a law firm file room is vital - previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or project manager is helpful • A Records and Information Certification or Certified Records Manager designation is a huge bonus, but not required • Must have a proven track record of organizational and archiving skills • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Proficiency in computer skills and maintaining a database is necessary Compensation: $25 hourly
