Job Title: Recovery Specialist

Job Overview: HarrisLoftus, PLLC, a fast-growing law firm representing national clients across three states, is seeking a Legal Recovery Specialist.

About the role:

We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and communicative Legal Recovery Specialist with experience in a legal setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for post-judgment collection efforts, from start to finish. They will also help other internal teams manage workloads and improve collection statistics.

What you’ll be doing:

· Preparing and filing court documents in Maryland and Georgia

· Engaging with co-workers and outside vendors to improve workflows

· Maintaining current knowledge of local rules in various jurisdictions

· Communicating with attorneys/consumers on a wide range of legal and financial matters

· Exceeding monthly goals (with bonus pay!)

Job Requirements:

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

· Microsoft Office (Preferred)

· Experience in office setting (Preferred)
