This role will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating internal interviews, and drafting job descriptions.
Requirements:
3+ years of prior legal recruiting experience (law firm or agency)
Proven ability to source and attract top legal talent
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent technology skills
