About the Role
Mission Recruiting is hiring experienced Legal Recruiters to join our growing national team. Recruiters in this role partner with law firms across the country to place high-quality legal professionals and build long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Manage up to 30 active legal searches at a time
- Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing, and closing
- Place attorneys and legal staff nationwide
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Use Crelate ATS/CRM, AI sourcing tools, and custom GPTs
- Collaborate with teammates on shared searches (splits available)
- Optional business development—double commission on first placement when self-sourced
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Commission: 10% – 50% (for both sides) based on experience and cumulative revenue
- Senior Recruiter OTE: $120,000 – $172,500 annually (8–15 placements/year)
- Additional earning opportunities through staffing placements and splits

Work Expectations

What We’re Looking For
- Direct-hire agency recruiting experience
- Legal recruiting or legal industry background is a bonus
- Comfortable managing a full desk in a remote environment
- Strong phone presence and confidence with direct client contact
- ATS/CRM proficiency
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI sourcing tools
- Professional home office with reliable internet
