    **Job Overview:**As a Legal Recruiting Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, playing a crucial role in navigating the recruitment process for this exciting new season. From sourcing top-notch candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, you'll help shape the future of our client's firm with every hire.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand their hiring needs and assist in crafting innovative recruitment strategies that resonate with candidates.- Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events, to uncover hidden talent.- Screen resumes and applications diligently, identifying qualified candidates ready to join our client's esteemed firm.- Skillfully coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.- Prepare and distribute comprehensive interview materials, including candidate profiles and tailored interview questions, to facilitate in-depth discussions.- Maintain and enhance the applicant tracking system by keeping candidate information and recruitment activities up-to-date and accurate.- Contribute to the development and execution of compelling recruitment campaigns and initiatives that attract top talent.- Communicate effectively with candidates at every stage of the hiring process, providing timely feedback and updates that keep them informed and engaged.- Support the onboarding journey for new hires, creating welcoming orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition into our firm.
    Qualifications:
    - A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.- Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus, especially within a legal context.- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are a must.- Strong written and verbal communication skills that resonate with candidates and colleagues alike.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing multiple tasks and priorities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are essential.
    Hourly rate between $25-$40/hr, DOE.
