Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to lead attorney recruiting and oversee a dynamic summer associate program. This role is perfect for someone with recruiting experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for finding top talent.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead attorney and summer associate hiring

• Build relationships with law schools and legal search firms

• Oversee onboarding, events, and summer program success

• Partner with firm leadership on recruitment strategy

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (law firm or legal search firm preferred but not required)

• Bachelor's Degree 

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
