    Join Our Growing Team! We’re an expanding Legal Copy Service looking for a dedicated Coordinator / Expeditor for Record Retrieval to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position offering the opportunity to work with a supportive, professional, and fast-paced team in the legal and medical records industry.

    Position: Full-Time, Remote Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle 40–50 inbound and outbound calls daily to facilities and clients as a scheduler, coordinator, and appointment setter.

    Track and retrieve records efficiently while maintaining communication with facilities to ensure timely completion.

    Build and maintain relationships with clients and facilities to improve coordination and resolve issues promptly.

    Perform document verification, research, and case searches to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    Review and verify billing and provider documentation for accuracy.

    Prepare, send, and manage correspondence such as declarations, due diligence, and other related documents.

    General administrative support: sorting, mailing, faxing, filing, and email management.

    Qualifications

    Prior experience in a legal copy service or legal/medical record retrieval company is highly preferred.

    Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.

    Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional phone presence.

    Customer service experience required – we value a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

    Ability to work independently and think creatively to meet deadlines and overcome challenges.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and online calendars.

    Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

    Benefits & Compensation

    Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
