    We are seeking a compassionate, consultative Estate Planning Sales Advisor to meet with prospective clients and guide them through their first conversations about estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This role is ideal for an experienced salesperson who understands that these discussions can be emotional and requires empathy, patience, and clarity. You will help clients understand their options, feel supported, and determine the best next steps—without pressure or high-pressure tactics. Legal experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate. Compensation- $25 hourly with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $85,000 annually Responsibilities: • Meet with potential clients for initial consultations • Explain our estate planning, probate, and trust administration offerings • Engage clients with empathy, professionalism, and attentive listening • Assist clients through the next steps, including signing agreements and onboarding • Provide consistent follow-up with clients still evaluating their options • Track and manage the sales pipeline and relevant performance metrics • Keep detailed records of all client communications • Communicate client feedback and insights to leadership and marketing teams • Follow up with prospects in a thoughtful and timely manner Qualifications: • Demonstrated track record in consultative or professional services sales • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients quickly • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset • Comfortable working independently and managing ongoing follow-ups Compensation: $25 hr base + commission (OTE $85,000)
