Your job is to listen, relate, educate, and guide them toward the next step—retaining our firm. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct warm sales consultations via Zoom or phone • Build rapport and uncover the client’s pain points and goals • Communicate clearly and confidently about our services (without giving legal advice) • Track activity and performance in HubSpot and Lawmatics • Maintain CRM, document client interactions, and follow up promptly • Work collaboratively with our intake and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience selling high-ticket or professional services (legal, financial, consulting, etc.) • Fluent Spanish speaker – required • Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills • High follow-up ethic and a strong sense of ownership • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and accountable • Experience using tools like Zoom, Teams, Hubspot, Lawmatics, Clio, and RingCentral (preferred) Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000
