We’re looking for a Sales and Intake Specialist to join our Sales Team and deliver an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in converting new inquiries into retained clients and ensuring every interaction reflects the care and professionalism that define our firm. This role involves connecting with potential clients, learning about their needs, explaining our services and what sets Miller Law Group apart, and ideally securing signed retainer agreements without requiring attorney involvement - what we call a successful “one-touch legal sale.” Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: Starting at $70,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience • Performance Bonuses: Substantial and attainable performance-based bonuses, with a clear path to doubling total earnings through strong results • Additional Incentives: Origination bonuses and other incentive opportunities available • Benefits Package: Comprehensive coverage including health insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, PTO, paid holidays, floating holidays, and more • Work Schedule: Hybrid arrangement - 2 days in-office and 3 days remote • Location: Conveniently located in downtown New Rochelle, easily accessible by public transit, and with ample parking options Responsibilities: • Client Engagement: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our services can support them effectively • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the first interaction • Feedback Loop: Solicit and analyze client feedback to continuously refine our service offerings and client communication strategies • Ensure real-time updates to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Manage the Sales Team, which includes goals, production, capacity, best practices, metrics, intake, and sales reporting, daily and weekly meetings, KPIs, etc • Detailed documentation of the client's journey Qualifications: • Proven success in sales, intake, or client conversion - ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment • Demonstrated ability to convert inbound inquiries into paying clients without attorney involvement (“one-touch legal sales”) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly • Strong organizational and documentation skills, including proficiency in CRM or case management systems • Experience in managing or mentoring a sales/intake team, including setting goals, tracking KPIs, and conducting performance reviews • High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive client matters • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with daily and weekly targets • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
