    We are a growing, highly respected law firm with a team of 30 professionals, including 10 attorneys, focused on delivering exceptional legal services and client care. Our practice areas include Estate Planning, Probate, Civil Litigation, and Trust & Estates Litigation. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, client-first culture and are looking to add a driven sales professional to our team. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Legal Sales Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building trust quickly, understanding client needs, and confidently guiding them toward retaining our legal services. You do not need prior legal sales experience—we value strong sales ability, emotional intelligence, and a results-driven mindset. Compensation & Benefits • $70,000 base salary • High commission potential (upside earning opportunity) • Performance-based incentives • Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding firm • Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join Us? • Work directly with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys • Be part of a firm that genuinely helps clients through important life matters • Strong earning potential with a clear path to growth Responsibilities: • Handle inbound leads and consultations with potential clients • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate legal services • Clearly explain our services, process, and value • Convert qualified leads into retained clients • Follow up consistently with warm and undecided leads • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM systems • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Strong computer and data entry skills • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Previous legal intake experience required • Proven sales experience (inside sales, consultative sales, or similar) • Strong closing skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment Compensation: $70,000 + Significant Bonus Potential
