    We’re hiring an all-star sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and loves taking on new challenges. You must also have strong selling experience that includes both in-person sales and selling via telephone. Responsibilities: • Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement • Ensure our sales staff achieves their goals by making sales plans for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning territories, and managing their ongoing training programs • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals • Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals • Listen to all calls from sales and intake team members. Coach team members on missed opportunities, overcoming obstacles, and closing. • Daily review of intake metrics and give feedback to team members and the owner on opportunities for improvement. • Review sales metrics daily and identify opportunities or issues and concerns. • Meet weekly with Marketing and the firm owner to review sales performance. • Train new intake team members and sales professionals. • Hire, interview, assess performance, and manage intake and sales team members. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major • Displays a proven track record of sales success • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • Honest, trustworthy, and of good character. We want someone who cares about clients, staff, and our company. • Previous law firm sales experience strongly preferred. • Prior CRM experience. • Prior experience selling professional services or a similar product/service. • Ability to coach, manage, lead, and motivate a team. • Track record that demonstrates work stability and ability to grow and manage sales. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
