The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the client intake and sales department for Mayersohn Law. The primary functions of the department are to conduct initial consultations with prospective new clients with the purpose of converting them to clients, and then successfully onboarding them. The Sales Manager’s duties include training sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas, and generating leads to be divided among Sales Representatives. You'll be tasked with supervising and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Responsibilities: • Keep the firm growing by identifying new business opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs • Onboard, train, manage, and oversee the responsibilities of all Business Development and Client Intake Reps • Prepare sales budgets, projections, detailed records, and metrics, and approve expenditures • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation • Lead all sales and intake meetings • Participate in closing and problem calls as required • Seek ways to improve the efficiency of the department and the skills of the intake and sales staff • Conduct in-depth in-person, telephonic, and/or video meetings with prospective new clients for the purpose of selling legal services Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills • 3 years of experience in sales management or other leadership role within sales. • 5 years of total experience within a sales position with a proven track record of success (Bonus points for luxury or high-end services). • CRM system experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Legal industry knowledge. • Bachelor's degree in business or other related industry.
