You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, ask basic intake questions, and manage new client onboarding. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing professional and empathetic assistance. • Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather relevant facts, and document case details accurately in the firm’s case management system. • Screen potential cases based on firm criteria, under attorney supervision. • Schedule consultations and meetings between potential clients and attorneys, ensuring all necessary intake information and documents are prepared in advance. • Collect and organize client documentation , including contracts, medical records, incident reports, and other supporting materials. • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and client communications while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm policies. Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Strong computer and data entry skills • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Sales or customer service experience highly valued Compensation: $60,000 + Significant Bonus Potential
