Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients warmly, both in person and on the phone • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and care • Schedule client meetings and maintain the firm’s calendar • Prepare and organize legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals • Help manage filing systems and maintain client records Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Two years experience in a law firm • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A calm, courteous presence—especially when things get busy • A desire to contribute to a team that helps families plan with confidence • Ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of financial accounts and/or experience with data entry, preferably familiar with estate planning or other legal documents If you're looking for a meaningful role in a respectful, client-focused legal team, we’d love to hear from you.
