Legal Secretary – Litigation (File Clerk) | Irvine, CA
Step into a dynamic role supporting a highly regarded business litigation practice in Orange County. This position offers the opportunity to work side by side with attorneys and paralegals while keeping the backbone of the firm’s operations running smoothly.
This full-time, onsite role in Irvine is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a busy office environment. You will be a key part of trial preparation, document management, and client service—while also ensuring that the administrative side of litigation runs efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Scan and organize case documents (electronic and physical)
- Maintain filing systems and ensure quick access to case files
- Assist in preparing trial, arbitration, and mediation binders
- Handle courthouse deliveries and weekly courier runs
- Manage copy room, supplies, and office equipment
- Provide receptionist coverage, including phones, mail, client greeting, and conference room prep
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfort with lifting and moving heavy boxes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and dependable approach to daily responsibilities
