Seeking a Civil Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

· Prepare and finalize pleadings and discovery

· E-File pleadings (State and Federal)

· Assist in trial preparation

· Prepare and finalize correspondence and depo notices

· Calendar Hearings, submissions, mediations, deadlines, depositions

· Maintain electronic files

· Travel arrangements for attorneys (as requested)

· Prepare expense reimbursement (as requested)

· Review and approve invoices

· Dictation (as requested)

· High attention to detail

· Scan, copy, mail, fax documents

· Cover receptionist as needed

· Adobe

· Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Dropbox
