You’ll be the hub of office activity—calendaring deadlines in Abacus, managing e-filings, and assembling documents with precision. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the firm’s litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, proofread, and compile legal documents for filing
• Handle e-filings across California courts
• Manage calendaring with Abacus software
• Provide daily support to four attorneys at different levels
• Assist with administrative duties as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
