Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail - driven Legal Scheduler to support our First - Party Property Insurance Defense team. This role acts as a key support resource to the attorneys and paralegals, providing critical support functions including administrative, case load management and scheduling. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials in compliance with all applicable rules and requirements.

Communicate directly with attorneys, opposing counsel, judicial assistants (JAs), and expert witnesses.

Retain and coordinate court reporters and other support services as needed.

Prepare and distribute notices and related correspondence.

Review attorney calendars regularly to identify and resolve any conflicts.

Perform e-filing and ensure documents are filed accurately and timely.

Provide general administrative and caseload management support to the legal team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a scheduling role within the legal field is strongly preferred preferred

Strong understanding of legal terminology is essential for effective communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
