We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Team Manager to join our growing agency and oversee a dynamic team of 10-15+ video editors, copywriters, and account managers.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of 50-100+ law firm accounts.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a talented team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for a large portfolio of law firm clients across various practice areas.

Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.

Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and platforms, particularly expertise in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Curate engaging social media content (including video) that resonates with target audiences and drives measurable results for clients.

Analyze social media data and reporting to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with social media advertising platforms to ensure optimal campaign execution.

Collaborate with internal teams across design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Who You Are:

5-10 years of experience in social media management and content creation with a proven track record of driving client growth in the legal industry (or a demonstrably transferable skillset).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a diverse team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn) and their advertising functionalities.

Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that achieve measurable results (increased brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, etc.).

Experience with social media management tools and platforms is required.

Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Passion for the legal industry and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents on social media.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

A results-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
