Job Description:

Legal Soft is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance

Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and initiatives

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and integrity

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a senior role

Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
