Our client seeks a Legal Support / Business/Estate to work at their office in Des Moines, Iowa.

**This Business/Estate Legal Support position is a full-time direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $70,000 per year, based on experience. You will work 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. This position is 100% onsite.

Some of your responsibilities as Business/Estate Legal Support includes drafting and organizing business contracts. In addition, you will be expected to: **

• Assisting with administration of estates, trusts and guardianships and conservatorships
• Drafting pleadings, preparing accountings, communicating with financial institutions
• Drafting and organizing various legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and estate tax returns
• Preparing documents required to form, amend, withdraw, merge and dissolve limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships
• Communicating with clients, trustees, and family members, providing support and guidance
• Assisting with commercial real estate transactions
• Maintaining/demonstrating high level of professionalism with confidential issues

To qualify for this Business/Estate Legal Support role, you must have:

• Associate’s Degree a plus
• Estate planning a plus
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe applications and online filing systems
