A highly regarded Atlanta law firm is seeking a tech-savvy, junior-level professional for an administrative role supporting attorneys across the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years of law firm experience who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch administrative support to attorneys, including document editing, formatting, transcription, and data entry
- Prepare legal documents, forms, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with document comparison, PDF creation, redactions, and TOC/TOA generation
- Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines across departments
