Bighorn Law is a personal injury firm with 85 employees headquartered in North Las Vegas, NV. The Legal Technology & IT Support Administrator will be a developer who will work with developers from Filevine and key stakeholders of the law firm to keep us aligned and focused on the firm’s objectives. This role will have a critical impact on our business by providing input on efficient and scalable operations across Filevine. The Legal Technology & IT Administrator will be responsible for being the primary Filevine Administrator, planning the integration for any software upgrades, coordination, and oversight of development, releases, patches, testing, and emergency change requests. This role is also responsible for the deskside support needs of the firm – which includes use of MacBooks, copiers, and managing the firm’s technical software stack. Responsibilities: Support Learning & Development by training new users on how to utilize Filevine and properly enter data Develop data entry standards to ensure that there is integrity within the database Manage the Filevine database, which includes identifying duplications and incorrect data Build solutions, system configurations, and documentation with respect to user permissions, custom objects & fields, validation rules, automation, and templates Define and prepare KPIs and metrics that illustrate the state of the case cycles and user activities Manage and optimize Filevine for the evolving needs of a high-performing law firm operation Review and plan for Filevine software update releases, and communicate the changes to internal users Develop templates for all of the legal document generation needs of the firm Update and audit use of all firm-approved templates Manage the firm's use of software and make recommendations for performance enablement Generate CRM reports and analyze results to provide guidance on future marketing actions based on analysis Assist with internal team members' IT needs IT Support Provide deskside and remote support for attorneys and support team Configure and deploy MacOS updates, oversee application updates Troubleshoot network issues and manage cybersecurity needs of the firm Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle Assist with technology procurement needs Qualifications: College Degree required – or equal experience Experience with Filevine – preferred Proficiency with the following programs: Google Workspace, Addigy, Okta, Mimecast Proficiency with Workato Database certification - preferred SQL certified- preferred Deadline Driven Detail Orientated Highly Organized Great Active Listening Skills Must be willing to travel annually to attend the Filevine conference Compensation: 100 % Sponsored Medical Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation as per company accrual guidelines Performance Bonus Eligible Signing Bonus Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000
