    Position: Legal Trust Administrative Assistant (Fiduciary/Trust Experience Required)

    Contract Assignment: 2/2/2026 – 2/1/2027

    Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Pay: $19.61/HR, paid weekly.


    Role Overview:

    This role partners closely with Private Bank Trust Officers and Trust Support Associates to support investment management and trust account administration activities. Responsibilities include monitoring and executing account maintenance requests, processing new and renewal discretionary action requests, resolving administrative review items, and supporting client digital engagement and adoption initiatives. The role may also assist with ad hoc projects, reporting, and research as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports and facilitates client requests to meet Private Bank client experience standards across all products.
    • Partners with client teams, specialists, and centralized service teams to deliver Private Bank solutions.
    • Identifies and resolves client issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Adheres to the Private Bank and Enterprise risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
    • Assists with the Private Bank client management process.
    • Performs tasks to mitigate fiduciary risk, including addressing client concerns and issues.
    • Participates in ad hoc projects and prepares reports or research as required.

    Education & Experience:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
    • 2–3 years of prior trust administration or trust support experience required.
    • BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
