Job Description

LegalConnect is looking for a TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT MANAGER to define world-class web and software experiences for the legal support services industry.

The ideal candidate has experience delivering SaaS-based solutions, a solid understanding of the software development process, a demonstrated track record of delivering and scaling new products, and passion for innovating on behalf customers. The candidate must value collaboration, data-driven decision making, continuous learning, and can effectively communicate with others, in both technical and non-technical roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to write clear and concise requirements to enable engineering and design execution.
• Identify user pain points by integrating research, usability studies, and data analysis into a clear product roadmap, prioritized product backlog and technical requirements using Agile methodology.
• Work closely with designers to create simple, easy-to-use user experiences.
• Track and manage all aspects of current products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
• Identify and track key performance indicators, work towards optimizing KPIs, and communicate progress effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or relevant industry experience
• 4+ years of experience delivering software products and services to customers; Experience managing a SAAS product preferred
• Must be a detailed yet concise communicator. Experience authoring user stories, business/product requirement documents, and crisp engineering tickets.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, suggest & evaluate technical solutions, and manage trade-offs
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Paired Programming, Automated Testing, etc.
• Experience working with UX/UI teams incorporating research to create effective user experiences & interfaces. This may include occasionally developing wireframes to visually communicate desired experiences to the design team.
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

LegalConnect is located in Chino Hills, CA, with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate.
