The Marketing Enrollments Communications Assistant will be apart of the Marketing Enrollments Team within the Marketing Department. The Enrollments team handles all enrollments marketing communications to Client Group HR and their employees regarding the LegalEASE Legal Plan to advertise and communicate the benefits of having a Legal Plan.
We are looking for support to help update marketing communication materials including flyers, websites, presentations and to help create new marketing strategies and campaigns to keep Client Groups’ employees engaged and informed throughout the year, including support for/during their Open Enrollment period.
Responsibilities:
· Update marketing communications including flyers, websites, presentations and other communications as needed
· Meet shipment deadlines by printing, packing and shipping out packages containing physical giveaway items to Client Group’s HR to support them for Benefit Fairs
· Keep inventory on the different giveaway items and place reorders on stock as needed
· Create new marketing pieces including flyers, presentations and other pieces highlighting our product and its benefits as needed
· Help create new strategies and campaigns for Client Groups’ HR and their employees
· Additional support for the Marketing Team as needed
Knowledge and Skills:
· Experience in Adobe products, including InDesign, Illustrator, and some Photoshop
· Have an eye for design – be able to tell if something looks off in a design or if a font doesn’t match the rest of the document
· Have some graphic design experience
· Be attentive to detail
· Be able to do some physical activity – packing, shipping, lifting boxes
· Be able to use the internet to find learning resources for additional aid in your work, for example, googling how to create a layer mask in Adobe Illustrator
· Candidate must be reliable and have good communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is a must
· Display initiative, resourcefulness; experience as a “self-starter.”
· Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Note:
· Must have your own transportation – infrequent trips to FedEx down the street from the office are sometimes necessary
