    OVERVIEW:

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGHLY MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WITH A CAN-DO ATTITUDE TO JOIN OUR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING CONCIERGE SERVICE TO NEW CUSTOMERS AND ENSURING WHITE GLOVE SERVICE AS THEY BEGIN THEIR PARTNERSHIP WITH LEGALMATCH.

    THIS IS NOT ENTRY LEVEL. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SEASONED PROFESSIONALS, WHO ARE COMFORTABLE DEALING ON A B2B LEVEL IN A PARTNERSHIP CAPACITY. YOU MUST BE WELL-SPOKEN, COMPUTER LITERATE, AND OPERATE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

    • Develop and maintain a strong client relationship for all assigned accounts.
    • Develop in depth knowledge of client performance and business needs, and provide a proactive approach to assist the client in achieving all revenue goals.
    • Resolve client escalations in a timely manner
    • Develop new incentive tools for clients to promote business growth and client satisfaction
    • Deliver value to the client base with new and innovative solutions to their needs.
    • Develop best practices and refine existing practices for use across the account management team
    • Engage in special projects as assigned.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Functional & Interpersonal Competencies:
    • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Self-starter, disciplined with strong leadership and motivational abilities
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
    • Highly proficient in MS Office products/ fully computer literate
    • Previous sales experience
    • Previous account management experience preferred

     

    COMPENSATION: As a LegalMatch employee your compensation package includes base salary of $16.00 per hour. This is a 40 hour per week position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (though some flexibility is available) This position is temp-to-hire.
