Purpose:
The Customer Management position is responsible for servicing accounts within our company. This position is responsible for managing and reviewing orders per customer in partnership with internal stakeholders (sales, factories, EDI etc..) to ensure timely order fulfillment is maximized. This role will provide exciting opportunities for learning and development as our brands and company grow.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for specified channel/sales rep/customer day to day order management to ensure on time delivery of goods.
-Works closely with sales, product development, warehouses, and factories to ensure order flow inline with business and customer requirements.
-Proactively escalates issues that can impact customer and business requirements.
-Accountable for relationship management with sales, product development, and retailers including direct communication with retailers/buyers.
-Logistics experience a plus.
Qualifications:
-1-5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
-Proficient in Microsoft office, including excel.
