Top @properties residential real estate team is seeking a hard-working, reliable and polished person to join our team as a Real Estate Transaction Manager. This position is exciting and fast-paced and would have you handling all the daily details of taking a listing from pre-list to close! You would have daily interaction with our clients over email and the phone assisting them through the process. As one of the top 5 teams in the city of Chicago, we do things very differently and intentionally. We helped over 250 families move last year and are always carrying about 50 listings at a time so we stay busy. We feel our job as a real estate team is to take all the work and stress from our clients and make the process easy. Responsibilities: • Liaise with Listing Agents on the team throughout the negotiation process and with attorneys, agents, and transaction participants to ensure a timely close. Qualifications: You will work alongside us in our Roscoe Village office and must be upbeat, polished, confident, and able to work independently. Must Haves: • Active IL Real Estate License or must be obtained within the first 90 days with the team • The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and requires responding to clients at times, outside of office hours. The office is located in Roscoe Village Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
• Effectively orchestrate assigned real estate transactions and contracts from the point of pre-list to close. • Prioritize stellar client service and communication with sellers and buyers to guide them through every step in the sale process. • Ensure accurate MLS Input, remarks, brochure creation, logistics • Utilize creative thinking marketing efforts to maximize the sale of assigned listings • Oversee / schedule stagings, photoshoots, inspections, and final walkthroughs • Liaise with Listing Agents on the team throughout the negotiation process and with attorneys, agents, and transaction participants to ensure a timely close.
