Handle pre-litigation and litigation Lemon Law matters Advocate aggressively for clients and maximize case results Manage cases from intake through resolution Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and manufacturers Qualifications: Active California Bar license 2+ years of plaintiff-side Lemon Law experience Strong knowledge of the California Song-Beverly Act Lemon Law litigation experience required Strong negotiation, research, and writing skills Ability to manage cases independently Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000
