You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. We provide training and offer additional resources while you work as a Loan Officer Trainee working towards your NMLS license and becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer. No mortgage experience is necessary- training is provided! LAL Benefits: • Company provided leads • 401(k) • Dental, Vision, and Health Insurance • Referral program • NMLS training and resources (costs covered) Hours: Monday - Thursday - 9:30-6:00 Friday - 9:30-5:00 Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry trends to effectively position products/services Qualifications: • 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting • Previous mortgage exp. is a plus, but not required • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • MUST be comfortable on the phones - high call volume • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - six-figure mindset • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Compensation: $15 hourly
