A little about Lend-A-Loan • Top 1% Mortgage Broker in the country • Top UWM partner • Average CTC of 11 days • Licensed in 29 states LAL Benefits • Company provided leads • Dental, Vision, and Medical Insurance + 401K • Referral Program • Great earning potential Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications: • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred, but not required • Understanding of loan originator software • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, etc. • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Experience with Loadasoft, Salesforce, and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings
