SKILL SETS

· Knowledge of forward mortgages: conventional, FHA, VA

· Experience with Non-prime preferred but not required

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Computer skills: email, internet/google search, CRM specifically Velocify, LOS specifically with Encompass

· Sales skills, knows how to handle and overcome rejection

· Good phone manners

EXPERIENCE

· At least 2 years of mortgage banking experience

· At least 5 years of sales experience

· Must have CA DBO license approved
