Customer Service Office Staff
We are a growing Indianapolis based, veteran owned repossession company in search of a highly motivated, organized person to help support our office.
Responsibilities
· Greet Clients warmly and answer phones
· Assist the office in filing duties
· Perform basic bookkeeping duties
· Perform data entry (License plates, Voluntary updates for clients)
· Operate copy, scanning and mailing equipment
· Demonstrate friendly and cooperative attitude and maintain high level of customer care
· Scan and upload documents into our systems
· Accepting accounts in our operating systems
· Maintain all reporting documentation and logs and, pay attention to detail
· Perform other duties assigned and take part in cross-training
· Operate copy, scanning and mailing equipment
· Ability to learn and manage software/programs related to the repossession industry
· After hours phone rotation with rest of staff
Requirements and skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent organizational skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Customer service attitude
· High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Not required but a bonus skill: Knowledge of Repossession industry and associated software/programs such as RDN, Clearplan, Cleardata, Recovery Connect, ALS
Background check and drug screening may be required
Pay: $15/ hour. At 6 months you will be eligible for a raise of up to $1 an hour with a $500 retention bonus. At 1 Year, you will be eligible for up to an additional $1 an hour.
