As our in-house General Counsel, you will be responsible for supporting all transactional and regulatory matters of Lendflow. This position will be a key member of the team, and work closely with all departments at Lendflow. You will work closely with the Go-to-Market team for reviewing key documents related to signing new clients as well as closely with our Risk and Compliance team to ensure compliance with the various regulations we are governed by.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years post-law school experience
• Substantive in-house experience at a Fintech and/or Start-Up 
• Experience in FCRA and related credit regulations (bonus points if experience around data privacy regulations)
• Excellent communication 
• A growth mindset that aligns with Lendflow Core Values: 
• Must have excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to independently own tasks from start to finish, while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
