Responsibilities: Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 + at plan commission
