    Job Description

    THE POSITION

    QuoteWizard is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-oriented, laser focused candidate to assist in our performance management & growth as a CALL CENTER TRAINER for the Warm Transfer Team. The Warm Transfer Team Trainer will develop and deliver production and service-based training programs to new and existing Warm Transfer agents in an effort to increase call center production and efficiency. This candidate's ongoing efforts will center around ensuring the success, growth, retention, and empowerment of the Warm Transfer team by means of recruiting, onboarding and building the skills of new and existing Warm Transfer team members.

    RESPONSIBILTIES

    • Assistance in creating and implementing creative recruiting, interviewing, and hiring strategies to assist in recruiting top talent and meeting departmental headcount goals for the Warm Transfer Program.
    • Overseeing partnerships with several talent sourcing agencies, scheduling & conducting new hire interviews, providing candidate feedback, collaborating on personnel issues to support contractor performance, retention and recruitment
    • Executing creative, interactive and exciting Warm Transfer training programs to reinforce education related to call quality, processes, transfer retention
    • Build rapport quickly and motivate individuals to meet specific goals
    • Overseeing new hire training and onboarding process to ensure effective knowledge retention, phone launch, and ongoing performance.
    • Overseeing of New Hire Nesting program, providing feedback and observations to management related to overall performance and job efficacy of new hire recruits
    • Seek out and incorporate creative ongoing training resources into day to day operations of Warm Transfer Program.
    • Assistance with new process training & client launch audits to ensure process adherence & product quality
    • Proactively offering insight to Call Center Leadership on how to increase productivity and better serve clients based on team feedback, script observations etc.
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Training experience required; Sales training experience highly desired
    • Must be energetic, work well under pressure and be able to manage shifting priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to drive and lead company sales programs/initiatives.
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop call center agent staff
    • Proficiency in coaching and facilitator skills
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with little direct supervision.
    • Solid presentation and written/verbal communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Ability to instruct in remote environment via several proprietary systems and Internet applications
