    LendSure Mortgage Corp is looking for a Mortgage Banking Management Trainee to work out of our San Diego, CA office.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You work directly with the Marketing Manager to craft a wide variety of marketing communications, including blog posts, press releases, slide decks, industry articles, emails and more.
    • The goal of the program is to train and develop a college graduate for a career in the mortgage banking business with a strong emphasis in sales and sales management
    • The applicant will learn many aspects of the mortgage banking business including loan processing, loan underwriting, document preparation, funding, and sales
    • The individual will be hired into a loan processing position to start and will be cross trained in many other facets of the business including extensive sales training
    • It is intended that the person be trained to ultimately be a manager in one of many different departments Loan Processing, Loan Underwriting, Doc and Funding,Training, Secondary Markets and Sales

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree required and some proven work experience while in college
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
    • No Mortgage banking experience necessary
    • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with acceptable keyboarding skills
    • Some experience working with InDesign and Photoshop
    • Excellent verbal and written skills (including strong knowledge of spelling and grammar), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and math skills
    • Strong communication skills, and a focus on superb customer service
    • Exhibited ability to work independently
    • Proficient organization skills; time management and ability to prioritize
    • Aptitude to work in a fast -paced and liquid environment

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS A PLUS:

    • Knowledge of Google Analytics goals and conversion tracking
    • Experience with keyword research, SEO best practices, and content marketing tools such as SEMRush and Google Analytics
    • Proficiency with Google Ad, Facebook Ad, and LinkedIn Ad platforms
    • Google Ad Certified is a plus
