    We're looking for an operationally-minded and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our co-founders, Mitchell Jones and Sheridan Clayborne. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting an executive, has seen and experienced scale firsthand, and is passionate about fostering an engaging and supportive team environment. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Efficiently manage the founders' schedule and navigate ways to maximize time
    • Act as eyes and ears for the leadership team, prioritizing items that need the founders' attention
    • Plan and organize events such as meetings, conferences, and events
    • Facilitate bill payment and expense reports, liaise between leadership and finance 
    • Support our Business Development team to research and drive strategic partnerships 
    • Create and maintain a physical and digital information management system and serve as the information hub of the company

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • 3+ years' experience in an administrative and logistics role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask with shifting priorities
    • A true sense of ownership and high level of integrity
    • Must be willing to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office post-COVID restrictions
