Tech Support Analyst ($38K Fulltime - Onsite/Hybrid)
Job Description
Tier 2 application support analyst will provide support that will consist of but is not limited to the usage of various types of sales software programs used during the Sales Lifecycle. You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the various sales applications used by the end users. You will need to understand how the sales applications work upstream / downstream to be effective at resolving issues. Other duties could include the managing and processing of large data files, creating reports and dashboards, provisioning access/visibility to tools, and comfortable meeting with various stakeholders and IT.
There is NO phone que work required for this role. Successful candidates will be great at detective work and must have a learning mindset.
